  With her first employer (2011–2019), she cared for a 77-year-old elderly woman (Ah Ma). With her second employer (2023–2024), she looked after a 51-year-old elderly man (Ah Gong). Her main responsibilities included elderly care such as giving massages, accompanying them to doctor visits, administering medication, assisting with showering, sunbathing, and cooking. She also performed general household tasks such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing, bathroom cleaning, and more. In addition, Nindi has personal experience raising her own children, making her confident and capable in handling child care.
