  Introduction : Devi Budianti had worked almost 3 months with her current employer. A family of 4 (Sir, Mam & 2 childrten) staying in a 4 storey landed property. Her daily duties besides handling the cooking, washing & ironing for her elderly Sir, she also need to walk, shower & feed the dog and wash car. In addition, she shared the general housework with another helper. She handled the daily general housework like sweeping and mopping the floor, dusting of furniture, washing & ironing clothes, cooking & marketing. She assisted Ah Ma with walking, shower, change clothes & diapers, cook for her and ensured she takes her medicine on time. She needs to assist the elderly with showering, changing clothes & diapers and help when walking as the elderly has weak legs, in addition to handling the general housework, washing, cooking and marketing. She would also accompany the elderly for her medical appointments. She showered, changed clothes & diapers, feed the her and played with her and will pat her to sleep.
