  Sulastri Timan Kademin is a 38-year-old Indonesian, a single mother of two children aged 18 and 10.   Her first employment in Singapore was from 2019 to 2021 with a Chinese-Indian family of two, Sir and Ma’am. She worked for 1 year and 4 months, taking care of the couple’s daily needs. Her responsibilities included household chores, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the home. She proved herself reliable and respectful, managing household tasks independently and ensuring a comfortable living environment for the family.
  
  From 2021 to 2025, she worked for more than 4 years with a family of four consisting of Sir, Ma’am, and two children aged 1.5 years and 9 years. Her duties focused on childcare, preparing the older child for school, including meals, uniforms, and school bag, and providing after-school care such as homework supervision and companionship. She also monitored both children’s activities to ensure safety and healthy routines. Sulastri balanced care between a toddler and a school-aged child with patience and attentiveness, building strong bonds with the children and showing warmth and responsibility.
  
  In addition to childcare, she has housekeeping experience, having cleaned and maintained condominium units for both employers. She handled general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, as well as deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and furniture. She also managed laundry and ironing, ensuring neat presentation of clothes.
  
  Sulastri is also capable in the kitchen. She can cook simple Indonesian, Chinese, and Indian dishes, preparing meals according to family preferences.
