  Genica completed her secondary education at Damulan National High School in 2010. She later pursued a course in Food Technology, but due to financial challenges, she was unable to finish her college studies. Despite this, she remained determined to work hard and help support her family.
  
  Genica also has valuable domestic work experience in the Philippines from 2019 to 2021. She was employed by a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow, consisting of a couple and their 18-year-old child. Her responsibilities included general housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, marketing, and car washing. She performed her duties with diligence and maintained a good relationship with her employers.
  
  She is confident in taking care of newborns and young children. Her childcare skills include meal preparation, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and engaging children in educational and recreational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. She is also willing to look after elderly persons or those with special needs if given the opportunity. She is hardworking, patient, responsible, and adaptable—qualities that make her well-suited for domestic work abroad.
  
  Upon selection, she will undergo a two-week In-House Private Training in Manila (TESDA-accredited), followed by an OWWA seminar and the processing of POEA employment documents before deployment.
