  Ni Ni Aung is single, a Buddhist and has High School education. She has 3 siblings, is the middle child and her youngest sibling is still schooling. Her parents are farmers.
  
  She has been looking after her frail 90-yo grandmother after her studies, and assisting her with activities of daily living. She also worked as a waitress in a restaurant for 5 years, but decided to quit for a helper\s role in SG, thus taking her training seriously in the training centre.
  
  Ni Ni is pleasant, spirited and keen to learn. Though she has no experience with infant and childcare, she is willing to learn and take care of young children and newborn under guidance. She is prepared to work hard, to upskill herself and to provide a better living condition for her family.
  
  Currently taking up training seriously in the training centre, she is learning to communicate better in English and to cook more Chinese food. She is getting ready for the work challenges ahead.
