  Ma. Zarita – Experienced Domestic Helper (Malaysia and Philippines, 2020–2025)
  
  From 2020 to 2022, Ma. Zarita worked as a housemaid in the Philippines for a Filipino family with two children, a 2-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl. The family lived in a condominium with three bedrooms and two toilets, and she was the only helper in the household. Her main responsibility was childcare, especially for the 2-year-old child. Her duties included bathing, diaper changing, assisting with toileting, giving milk, preparing milk bottles, feeding, and giving vitamins. She also helped ensure the child’s daily needs and safety were properly attended to.
  
  Ma. Zarita is a patient and responsible domestic helper with two years of working experience in Malaysia from 2023 until 2025. She served a Chinese-Malaysian family living in a condominium with five bedrooms and six toilets. There were three helpers in the household, all Filipinas. Her main duty was to take care of an elderly person with dementia who was wheelchair-bound and unable to walk. She assisted the elderly in toileting, bathing, changing clothes, giving medicine, and preparing food. In addition to elderly care, she also helped with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and washing dishes.
  
  Ma. Zarita can cook the following Chinese deshis chicken stir fry with mushroom, stir fried Chinese lettuce, minced pork with tofu, lotus root soup, stir fry lettuce, fried rice, blanched Chinese lettuce, stir fry upon noodles, broccoli stir fry chicken breast, assorted stir fry shrimps, stir fry green beans, stir fry fungus with celery, garlic lettuce, stir fry bock choy, steam fish, steam pork ribs, ABC soup, balanced choy sum, stir fry cauliflower, steamed chicken, tomato and egg noddle soup etc.
  
  Her special skill is hand sewing, and her hobbies include cooking, cleaning, and reading books. She is willing to learn how to bake and is open to doing car washing, gardening, and taking care of pets.
  
  She prefers to work for Chinese families, Indian vegetarian families, or Indian non-vegetarian families.
