  From 2019 to 2023, May Hope worked as a housemaid in the Philippines for a Filipino family with three children—two boys aged 3 and 7 years old, and one boy aged 4 years old. The family lived in a two-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 2 toilets. There were two helpers working in the household. Her main responsibilities were childcare, including bathing the children, changing clothes, combing their hair, and assisting with toileting. In addition, she performed household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and marketing.
  
  From 2023 to 2024, she had another working experience as a housemaid in the Philippines for a Filipino family living in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. There were also two helpers in the household. Her primary duty was elderly care for a 72-year-old bedridden elderly person with diabetes. Her responsibilities included sponge bathing, diaper changing, bathing, cleaning bed sores, and maintaining cleanliness in the house.
