  Nisa Faristiana is a 32‑year‑old Indonesian helper. She is married and has one child, aged 13. She has worked in Singapore for one employer for more than 6 years, mainly taking care of bedridden elderly. She is able to communicate in fair English and Malay and is willing to improve further.
  
  She served a family of two: ah gong and ah mah. Her main duty was caring for a bedridden ah mah who suffered from diabetes and kidney failure. She assisted in all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. She monitored blood sugar daily, reminded and gave medication, changed diapers, and ensured hygiene and comfort. She prepared meals suitable for ah mah’s health condition, controlling salt, sugar, and oil. She is familiar with lifting and transferring techniques and accompanied ah mah for medical check‑ups. In addition, she managed household chores in an HDB flat, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organizing. She also handled marketing and cooking for the family.
  
  She is ready to start work again in Singapore and is available for interview at the employer’s convenience, including video call. She is committed to completing her contract. She is willing to work for 2 years or more and is open to learning new skills to meet employer’s needs.
