From 2021 until 2025, Evelyn worked as a domestic helper in Kuwait for a family with four children—three girls aged newborn, 3 years old, and 8 years old, and one boy aged 11 years old. The employer lived in a two-story house with 6 bedrooms and 6 toilets, and there were three Filipina helpers working in the household. Evelyn’s main responsibility was childcare, especially for the newborn baby and the 3-year-old girl, including bathing, diaper changing, assisting in toileting, feeding, preparing milk formula, and sterilizing baby utensils. She also assisted with household chores such as general cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
Evelyn’s special skills include bicycle riding and hand sewing, and her hobbies are cooking, cleaning, reading, and doing household chores. Charie worked in a 2-storey house with 2-bedrooms and a toilet for a family of 4 with a 5- and 10-year-old, and she assisted to look after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house and backyard, prepare and cook for the children, laundry, ironing and folding.
(2018 – 2025)
Stayed home, worked as service crew at Jollibee Corporation for more than 2 years, and seek new work opportunities.
(Apr 2025 – present) as a nanny in the Philippines.
Charie looks after her 3-year-old nephew with special needs. She feed him, bathed and dress him with fresh clothing, accompany him for outdoor activities, keep company and soothe him to sleep.
