Background
Idah 43, married with a 9- and 7-year-old, and she\s the eldest child in the family of 2 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family.
Education
She is a high school graduate equivalent to Singapore secondary school level.
Experience
2 years (2001 - 2003) as a helper in Kuwait.
She worked in a 3-bedroom, 2-toilet single storey house, for a family of 4 including 2 children aged 1- and 3-years-old, and she looked after their welfare. She does general housework and cooking alongside with a co helper.
2 years (2019 - 2021) as a helper in Malaysia.
She worked in a 2-storey house with 2-bedrooms and 3-toilets, for a family of 3. She does all around household chores, marketing, gardening and car washing.
2 years (2022 - 2024) as a helper in Qatar.
She worked in a 2-bedroom, single storey house with 2-toilets. Only an 81-year-old female mobile staying in the house, and she looked after her welfare. She does all around household chores.
Cooking
Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her children welfare. In Kuwait, she prepared their meals and fed them, kept company and played with them, bathed and dressed them, attended to and asissted in their needs.
Elderly Care
She is keen to look after elderly. In Qatar, she looked after her welfare, accompanied to the hospital for check ups, gave her massage, attended to and assisted with her daily needs and activities.
Pet Care
She is okay to look after cats.
Handphone
She will follow the employer\s instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
She is aware of the 2 years contract.
