  Siti Aisyah is a 32-year-old married Indonesian Muslim with two children aged 10 and 5. She has worked for two Malay families in Singapore, gaining valuable experience in elderly care. While her English is limited, she communicates fluently in Malay and is able to manage her duties effectively.
  
  From 2023 to 2024 (3.5 months), Siti Aisyah worked for a family of two, consisting of Madam and her 86-year-old mother. Grandma was physically weak, wheelchair-bound, and had elderly medical complications, requiring close assistance. Siti supported her in showering, dressing, toileting, medication, diapering, and ensured safe mobility through lifting and transfers. She also wheeled Grandma to the park, accompanied her on leisure walks and marketing trips, providing fresh air and opportunities for social engagement with friends. In addition to caregiving, Siti managed housekeeping and cooking, maintaining cleanliness and order in a 4‑bedroom, 2‑toilet HDB flat.
  
  From 2024 to 2026, Siti Aisyah successfully completed a two‑year contract with her second employer, a family consisting of Sir, Madam, and a 98-year-old grandfather. Grandpa suffered from high blood pressure and other elderly medical conditions, and he required mobility support as he walked slowly with the aid of a walking frame. Siti provided attentive care by assisting him with showering, toileting, dressing, diapering, and administering medications. She also accompanied him to the park for fresh air, ensured he had regular social interaction, and supported him during visits to the doctor’s appointments. In addition to caregiving, Siti managed household responsibilities in a 3‑bedroom, 2‑toilet HDB flat, performing cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and marketing, while maintaining a neat and organized home environment.
  
  Siti Aisyah is now prepared to continue her employment with another family. Her two children, aged 10 and 5, are well cared for in Indonesia with the support and blessing of her family, allowing her to focus fully on her work responsibilities. She is motivated, dependable, and ready to be deployed as soon as she receives a suitable match and In-Principle Approval (IPA) from the Ministry of Manpower.

Grandma's condition improved, ma'am cared for her personally.

  Country Singapore Main Duties Family of 3: sir, ma'am & 98yo ah gong who has high blood pressure. Helped him with showering, medication, toileting, dressing, mobility, diapering. Accompanied to park & medical checkups. Cleaned HDB 3BR/2T, housekeeping, cooking, marketing. Remark Finished 2-yr contract. Ma'am retired & assumed responsibility for ah gong's care.
