  She completed her secondary education at Pag-asa National High School in 2007. To upgrade her skills and improve her employment opportunities, she completed Housekeeping NC II in 2022 and a formal Caregiving Course in 2023.
  
  Alice has several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, where she developed discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict protocols.
  
  Alice is currently employed as a CAREGIVER since Dec 2023 at the Franciscan Missionary of Mary – St. Joseph Convent. She is assigned to care for elderly nuns, many of whom have special needs and some are bedridden. She works a 9-hour daily duty with a 1:6 caregiver-to-patient ratio.
  
  If selected for employment, she will undergo Domestic Work NC II and a one-week TESDA-accredited In-House Private Training in Manila. This training covers essential household competencies such as cleaning, washing, ironing, and maintaining proper hygiene standards.
  
  Alice is eager to pursue a long-term career in caregiving, whether locally or overseas. She is dedicated, hardworking, and willing to undergo further training to meet the standards expected of professional caregivers.
