  Hnin Hay Man Htut is a single mother with 2 sons aged 8 and 4. She is a Buddhist and is the breadwinner in her family. She completed a 3-month nursing training in Myanmar.
  
  She worked as a helper in Myanmar for 14 years; to 2 local employers, mainly looking after the frail elderly and young children, in addition to the household chores and cooking. She has hands-on experience caring for newborns and young children, and also providing dedicated care to an elderly Ah Gong after a car accident and needed help with his activities of daily living.
  
  Hay Man is attentive and patient, understanding and respectful; a helper who can look after the young as well as the elderly. She can understand and speak very simple and basic English, likes cooking and a not a picky eater.
  
  Currently in the training centre, Hay Man is seriously learning to cook better Chinese food and to improve her English. She is keen to learn and is ready to work hard in SG to support her 2 young children.
