Maricris worked in a 3-storey house with 11-bedrooms, 11-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 8 with a newborn, and she assisted to look after the infant’s welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, assist employer to prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding, wash and clean the family car.

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Qatar.
4 years 5 months (Jun 2021 – Nov 2025) as a helper in Qatar
Maricris worked in a villa with 4-bedrooms, 4-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 5 with a 1-, 4- and 6-year-old, and she looked after their welfare, together with a co-helper. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and currently, works as a cashier in the Philippines.
Cooking
She cooks Filipino and simple Arabic dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals, dressed and sent them to-and-fro from school, kept company and played with them, attended to and assisted in their needs.
Elderly Care
She is keen to look after the mobile elderly.
Pet Care
She is keen to look after pets. While in Qatar, she fed four cats and kept clean the pet areas.
Hand phone
She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
She is aware of the 2-year contract.
