There were 5 members of the family—Sir, Mam, two children aged 4 years old (boy) and 3 years old (girl), and Ama who is 75 years old and walks slowly—living in a one-storey house with five bedrooms and two toilets. She looked after the 3-year-old girl by assisting with bathing, changing clothes and diapers, feeding meals, and giving milk, as well as taking care of the 4-year-old boy by assisting with bathing, changing clothes, feeding meals, and giving milk. She also provides elderly care for Ahma, including assisting with bathing, changing clothes and diapers, preparing and feeding meals, helping with mobility, and accompanying her to hospital or medical appointments. She also did general household duties such as cleaning, laundry and ironing, marketing or grocery shopping, cooking daily meals, and gardening.
Cooking
Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
Infant and Childcare
She is keen to look after an infant and children, and also looks after her own.
Elderly Care
She is keen to look after elderly, and has experience looking after Ahma.
Handphone
She will follow the employer\s instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.
