  El El Phyo has experience taking care of a 73-year-old grandfather (semi-mobile). She assisted with preparing meals, showering, changing diapers, changing clothes, giving basic exercises, transferring from bed to wheelchair/mobility scooter, accompanying for medical check-ups, measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and watching over his daily needs.
  
  Additionally, she cared for a 63-year-old grandfather (stroke patient). She assisted with giving medication, showering, changing diapers, changing clothes, preparing meals, accompanying him for medical check-ups (together with grandmother), transferring from bed to wheelchair, pushing wheelchair outdoors, measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and monitoring his condition.
  
  She is keen and interested in continuing to work in elderly care.
  
  Apart from these, she is able to do general household chores such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, washing, drying, and ironing.
  
  El El Phyo is able to cook egg/fish/chicken curry, chapati, dose, idily, chutney, rajma chawal, aloo paratha, sambar, biryani, butter chicken, dal, dal makhani, gulab jamun, fried chicken, spaghetti etc. She is able to watch YouTube videos to learn new recipes.
