Joanne is the fourth of seven children in a humble, close-knit farming family. Growing up in a household where hard work and simplicity were part of everyday life, Joanne learned the values of patience, perseverance, and humility early on. However, with the needs of her growing family, Joanne made the selfless decision to pursue domestic work—both locally and abroad—to support them.
Her first experience was with a Filipino-Chinese family (2004–2007), caring for three young children while managing household duties in a busy 3-bedroom apartment.
Over the years, Joanne has gained extensive experience in housekeeping, childcare, and elderly care. She is confident and capable when it comes to feeding, bathing, and attending to the needs of infants and children. She handles household responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and ironing with diligence and care. While she specializes in Filipino cuisine, she has also learned to prepare simple Arabic dishes and is enthusiastic about learning other international recipes.
Joanne is a warm, trustworthy, and hardworking woman who thrives in structured households and adapts easily to different cultures. She brings not only her experience but also a kind heart and genuine love for caregiving.
For any family in need of a reliable, nurturing, and experienced domestic helper—Joanne is a perfect fit.SkillsLanguage Skills English And Filipino Evaluation

Transfer maidBeing raised in a simple and hardworking family has shaped her into a patient, resilient, and responsible individual.
She completed her secondary education at Ilocos Polytechnic State College in 2003. Determined to improve her qualifications, she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at University of Northern Philippines in Candon City, graduating in 2017.
Before working abroad, Diana gained six months of experience as a factory worker.
She later began her domestic work career in Singapore
July 2009 to October 2009. Her first employer was a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat, composed of a couple and their 10-year-old child, with Madam expecting another baby. She worked as an all-around helper, performing general household chores and assisting in childcare.
October 2009 to December 2014, she served another Chinese family in a 3-bedroom HDB flat. The household consisted of a couple, their two teenage children, and an elderly couple in their 80s. Diana’s primary responsibility was caring for the bedridden elderly female who had Parkinson’s disease. She performed grooming, assisted with daily hygiene, administered medication, managed NGT feeding, and handled household chores. She worked alongside another helper, demonstrating her ability to cooperate and manage responsibilities in a large household.
December 2014 to December 2016, she transferred to another Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom condominium, composed of a couple and their two young children aged 7 and 3. As the sole helper, she managed all household duties while providing hands-on childcare, ensuring the children’s daily needs, meals, and routines were well attended.
December 2018 - January 2019, she was selected by another employer but was not deployed as the employer decided not to proceed with hiring a helper. The household consists of an elderly couple aged 81 and 75. As the sole helper, she performs general household chores, marketing, car washing, pet care for one cat, and provides elderly assistance as needed. Her long tenure with her current employer reflects her reliability, dedication, and strong work ethic. She is capable of preparing meals, feeding, bathing, supervising, and engaging children in educational activities. She is also experienced in elderly care, including assisting bedridden patients and administering medication. In addition, she is skilled in cooking Filipino dishes and familiar with simple Chinese and Sri Lankan cuisine, and she is willing to learn new recipes to meet her employer’s preferences.SkillsLanguage Skills English And Tagalog Evaluation
