  Growing up in a simple provincial family has helped her develop a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and dedication to supporting her loved ones.

She was employed by a Filipino family living in a two-bedroom condominium consisting of a couple and their three children aged 10, 5, and a newborn baby. As an all-around helper, her primary responsibility was childcare, especially attending to the newborn and young children. She handled feeding, bathing, diaper changing, preparing school needs, and engaging the children in play while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. In addition to childcare, she performed general household duties such as cleaning the house, doing laundry, ironing clothes, washing dishes, marketing, cooking, and caring for two cats. This experience strengthened her ability to multitask and manage both childcare and household responsibilities efficiently. Her duties included cleaning guest rooms, changing bed linens, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness according to hotel standards.
  
  Through her experiences, Nina has become confident in caring for newborns and young children. She is skilled in household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking Filipino dishes, and she is willing to learn new recipes and adapt to her future employer’s preferences.
  
  Upon selection, she is prepared to undergo a one-week In-House Private Training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by the required OWWA seminar and processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate prior to deployment.
  
  In conclusion, Nina Rojonan Lemin is a responsible and family-oriented individual who is motivated to work abroad to provide a better future for her child and support her family. With her solid childcare experience, household management skills, and positive work attitude, she is well-prepared to serve her future employer with dedication and sincerity.
