I am an experienced Indonesian helper who can speak Mandarin. I have worked in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore with Chinese families, mainly providing elderly care and managing household duties.
From 2008 to 2011, I worked in Taiwan for a Chinese family. I cared for Ah Ma with dementia who needed assistance with walking (using walking aids), showering, and changing diapers. Ah Gong was healthy. I also handled cooking, laundry, and general house cleaning in a 2-storey house with 6 family members.
From 2023 to 2024, I worked in Hong Kong for a Chinese family. I cared for Ah Ma with dementia who could walk but needed help with showering and diaper changing. I also managed cooking, laundry, and house cleaning for a 3-person household. I returned to Indonesia after Ah Ma passed away.
From 2024 to 2026, I worked in Singapore for a Chinese family. I cared for a healthy Ah Ma who could walk independently and also looked after 3 dogs. My duties included cooking, marketing, and cleaning a 2-storey landed house for 3 family members. I returned to Indonesia as the employer was renovating the house.
I am experienced in elderly care (including dementia care), dog care, cooking Chinese food, marketing, and housekeeping. She is able to communicate in Malay very well and she is able to speak English decently and she is also able to speak basic Cantonese and understand a little of basic Mandarin.
Total of 3 years and 4 months of experience as a domestic helper in Singapore with her only Chinese employer in a landed property.
She loves young children. She is willing to care for newborn, infant, toddlers and children of multiple age group. She has taken care of her own children from birth to 9 years old.
She has experience in caring for mobile elderly who was a stroke patient and she is comfortable to continue caring for mobile elderlies and stroke patients in the future.
She likes to do general cleaning and household chores.
She likes cooking and is able to cook Chinese (Soup, Steam Fish, Ginger Chicken, Sweet and Sour Meat, Pork Chop, Stir- Fry, Noodles, Bak Kut Teh), Simple Western (Pasta, Salad, Sandwich), Malay (Nasi Lemak, Rendang, Soto, Lontong, Ayam Masak Merah) and Indonesian food.
She can also follow YouTube recipe videos.
She can do marketing independently and she is open to do meal planning as well.
She is comfortable to work with another helper from all nationalities.
She is okay to share room with kids, elderly and other helpers.
She is comfortable to work in a vegetarian household.
She can also work in a landed property (2-storey) by herself.
She is able to care for pets too (dogs, cats and other pets).
Reason for leaving: Completed more than a contract and helper wants to find a new environment to work in.
