For a Filipino family living in a four-bedroom landed property alongside another helper, sharing household and childcare responsibilities, while attending separate class schedules. Her duties included cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery shopping, and caring for children, including an infant. She cared for an infant by bottle-feeding, changing diapers, bathing, and putting the baby to sleep, and also assisted the older children with their daily needs and schoolwork. She is able to cook dishes such as adobo, menudo, afritada, tinola, paksiw, barbecue, and grilled fish, pasta like spaghetti and lasagna and desserts including macaroni salad and maja blanca. Airene is able to bake cookies, chocolate moist cake, banana cake, and other treats and is able to follow recipes.
