  Introduction : Ngun Htet Lian Soe had experience as a helper work in Myanmar for 3 years (2023-2026). She do all sort of general housework such as sweeping and mopping, washing and ironing of clothes, cleaning the toilet/bathroom, marketing and cooking. She had experience look after elderly hence she knows to give medicine, feed, bath, massage, excercise, change clothes and assist her in daily activities. She can cook simple local foods like  fried rice, noodles, simple fish ball soup, pork/chicken soup, stir fried vegetables, porridge, steam fish and some simple Indian cuisine.
