For her education, Evelyn completed her secondary studies at Munguia High School in 2004. Her schooling helped her develop discipline, basic communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility which she continues to apply in her work and family life.
Evelyn has gained valuable experience working as a domestic helper in the Philippines.
From 2005 to 2006 she worked with a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow house. The household consisted of a couple and their two children aged 10 and 5. She served as the sole household helper and was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the house. Her daily duties included sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and marketing for household supplies. She also prepared meals for the family and assisted in caring for the children by helping them with their daily routines and ensuring their safety and comfort.
From 2006 to 2009, Evelyn worked for another Filipino family who lived in a three-bedroom bungalow house. The household included a 70-year-old female elderly who was still mobile but required assistance with some of her daily activities. In this role, Evelyn continued to perform general household duties such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, ironing clothes, marketing for groceries, and cooking meals. In addition to household tasks, she provided support to the elderly by assisting with her daily needs and ensuring her comfort and well-being. She is capable of feeding, bathing, preparing school materials, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Over the years, Evelyn has developed strong skills in household management, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking. She is knowledgeable in preparing Filipino dishes and is willing to learn new recipes and other cuisines to meet the preferences of her future employer. She is also open to performing additional tasks such as pet care, car washing, and gardening if required.
After selection, Evelyn will undergo one week of in-house private training in Manila accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority and attend the required seminar conducted by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration before the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.SkillsGeneral Housework Willingness
