She completed her secondary education at Agusan del Sur National High School in 2001.
Before entering domestic work overseas, Ms. Earlier in her career, she served as an SK Chairman from 2002 to 2010, where she gained leadership experience in community service and youth development. At present, she is working as a call center agent while seeking an opportunity to work abroad again as a domestic worker while waiting for her application to be selected.
Ms. The household consisted of 10 adults, three elderly family members—including two female elders aged 75 and 65, a male elder aged 67—and a four-month-old baby. The employer had a total of eight household helpers, and Ms. Enguito was primarily assigned to look after the baby’s daily needs and overall welfare. Her responsibilities included feeding, bathing, changing diapers and clothes, and ensuring the baby’s safety and comfort. At times, she also assisted the 65-year-old elderly family member who had hypertension and arthritis by helping with her daily activities and ensuring she was comfortable. Enguito is confident in caring for newborns and young children. She is capable of performing essential childcare duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, and supervising children, as well as engaging them in learning and play activities that support their development. She is also willing and open to caring for elderly individuals and persons with special needs if given the opportunity.
In addition to caregiving, she is skilled in performing general household chores such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing laundry, ironing clothes, and organizing household items. She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes and is very willing to learn other international cuisines to meet the preferences of her future employer. She is also open to performing additional duties such as pet care, gardening, and car washing if required.
