She showed patience and attentiveness in ensuring Ah Mah’s comfort and safety. At the same time, she cared for Ah Gong, who was infirm but generally healthy. Siti managed household chores including cleaning the HDB flat, general housekeeping, and marketing. She also cooked simple Chinese and Indonesian dishes suitable for elderly employers, such as porridge and light meals, demonstrating responsibility and consistency in caregiving and household management.
