  From 2019 until 2022, Jonaliza worked as a Domestic Helper in Saudi Arabia for a Muslim family. Her employer lived in a 3-storey house with 8 bedrooms and 5 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household.

She assisted the elderly with daily needs such as preparing clothes, assisting with personal care, and preparing meals. For the child, she handled sending and fetching from school, preparing school needs, and ensuring her daily routine. In addition, she managed household chores such as cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, and washing dishes. She is capable of handling both childcare and elderly care while maintaining a well-organized home.
  
  From 2024 until 2025, Jonaliza worked as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong for a Chinese family with two children, both girls aged 8 and 9 years old. They lived in a condominium-type house with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household.
  
  Her main duties were to look after the two children, including sending and fetching them from school, preparing school things such as uniforms, shoes, and socks, and combing their hair. She also handled household chores such as cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, changing bed covers, and mopping the floor.
  
  Her special skills include bicycle riding and hand sewing. She is willing to learn how to bake and is also willing to do car washing, gardening, and take care of pets.
