Her responsibilities included caring for infants to children up to 5 years old, managing nap times, feeding, diaper changing, dressing, and assisting with daily hygiene routines. She also supported classroom activities and handled housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and preparing and organizing learning
  
  While in Dubai, Annie learned to prepare Arabic and Indian dishes such as biryani, curry, samosa, chapati, roti, kebab, machboos, hummus and shawarma. She cooks Filipino dishes like mung bean in coco milk, barbecue, adobo, pancit bihon, beef stew (bulalo), sinigang, grilled tuna belly, balbacua, and kinilaw. She can also prepare other dishes by following recipe guides.
