  Soe Nandar is married with a 4-year old daughter. She is a Buddhist, a graduate and has completed her 3-month training in pharmacisaid. She has 2 older brothers, her husband works as a cashier and her parents are farmers.
  
  She was working in a hospital\s pharmacy department for 7years, but stopped last year to work in Thailand, in search of a better salary as a part-time cleaner. As her present income is insufficient to help ease her family\s financials, she decided to work in SG to better support her family, especially her daughter\s education.
  
  Soe Nandar is humble, down-to-earth and caring. She is mindful of the expectations from the employers and is willing to listen to employer\s instructions and to work hard and seriously. She can look after the frail elderly well, is patient and understanding; having looking after her 89-yo grandmother with frailty before she passed on. She is amiable and respectful; communicates in simple basic English and is a non-fussy eater.
