Myat Noe Shwe cared for one ambulatory elderly grandmother, handling cooking, general housekeeping, and accompanying the elderly lady on daily walks and exercises. Her second placement (December 2023 – January 2024) involved intensive nursing care for one elderly stroke patient with kidney failure and dementia in a 4-room HDB flat — providing shower, diaper changes, blended meal preparation, medication management, and wheelchair transfers. Her most recent employer (January 2024 – March 2026, approximately 26 months) was another single-person HDB household, where she cared for an elderly person with special needs, continuing with cooking and full household duties.
