  Sulistiani is a 39-year-old Muslim Indonesian helper, married with two children aged 13 and 7. She has over 6 years of hands-on elderly care experience in both Taiwan and Singapore.   Taiwan from 2007-2009 (3 years) Sulistiani worked with a Chinese family of four consisting of Sir, Ma’am, their 18‑year‑old daughter, and an 83‑year‑old Ah Mah. The Ah Mah suffered from dementia, had undergone leg surgeries, and experienced fluid build‑up in the brain. Sulistiani provided full assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, medication reminders, and supervision for safety. She also managed housekeeping for a 3‑storey house (5BR/3T), cooking, and marketing. Despite her dedicated care, Ah Mah’s dementia condition worsened over time, leading to heightened anger episodes.
  
  Singapore 2021 to 2025, 3 years 6 months, she worked for a Chinese family of four: Sir, Ma’am, their 25‑year‑old daughter, and a 52‑year‑old autistic aunty who was also mute. For the first-year her primary responsibility was caring for the aunty, providing full assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as personal hygiene, daily routines, and accompanying her for walks. She ensured safety during leisure walks and managed behavioral challenges, including preventing random disposal of items and biting others. Alongside caregiving, she handled housekeeping for a 3‑bedroom/3‑toilet condominium, car washing, and cooking.
  
  She can cook simple Chinese and Indonesian dishes, preparing meals that suit family and elderly preferences. She is attentive to dietary needs, especially for the elderly, by cooking soft-textured food with less oil and reduced salt. She can handle pork in cooking, and she is adaptable to different household dietary requirements.
  
  With over six years of experience as a domestic helper, Sulistiani has built strong expertise in elderly care, household management, and cooking. Supported by her family, she is motivated to continue working overseas and is fully prepared for interviews in Singapore. Her commitment to providing for her children’s future drives her determination to secure employment abroad, ensuring financial stability for her family.
