  Febriyana Puspita Dewi Pratama is a 37-year-old Indonesian, married with one child aged 13. She has 2 years of childcare and elderly care experience in Singapore and is able to converse confidently in simple English.
  
  From 2023 to 2025, she completed a 2-year contract with a Chinese family of five: Sir, Ma’am, two children aged 7 and 9, and a 91-year-old infirm Ah Mah. She prepared the children for school each morning, ensuring they were dressed, ready, and on time for the school bus, and provided attentive after-school care with snacks and meals. She also assisted Ah Mah, who was infirm but otherwise healthy, by supervising showering and toileting (waiting outside the bathroom for safety), administering medicine, and supporting her mobility during walks. In addition, she managed housekeeping for a 2-storey bungalow (4BR/3T), cooking, gardening, and car washing.
  
  She is able to cook simple Chinese and Indonesian dishes suited to the tastes and preferences of young children, elderly, and adults. The dishes include chicken soup, pork rib soup, steamed egg, steamed fish, chicken curry, fried rice, fried fish, stir-fry veg, sambals, and curries, adapting meals to ensure nutrition and balance.
