  From 2014 until 2018, May worked as a housemaid in the Philippines for a Filipino family with four children: two boys aged 2 and 18 years old, and two girls aged 6 and 16 years old. The family lived in a 2-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 5 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household.
  
  Her main responsibility was to care for the 2-year-old child, including bathing, diaper changing, feeding, changing clothes, and administering medicine when the child was sick. She ensured the child’s safety, comfort, and daily well-being. In addition, she managed household chores such as cooking, cleaning, marketing, laundry, ironing, changing curtains, and changing bed covers.
  
  From 2019 until 2022, May worked as a Domestic Helper in Bahrain for a family with three children: two girls aged 2 and 10 years old, and one boy aged 16 years old. They lived in a condominium with 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets, and she was the only helper.
  
  Her primary duty was to look after the 2-year-old child, including bathing, feeding, giving milk, and engaging the child in play and daily activities. She also handled household responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, ironing, laundry, sweeping, and mopping the floor.
  
  From 2025 until 2026, May worked in Singapore for a Chinese family with three children—two girls aged 2 and 10 years old, and one boy aged 16 years old—as well as an 88-year-old elderly male (Ah Kong). She was responsible for both childcare and elderly care.
  
  Her duties included sending and fetching the children from school, preparing their school uniforms, shoes, and bags, and ensuring their daily routines were well managed. She also provided care for the elderly gentleman, who had high blood pressure, by assisting with bathing, preparing meals, giving milk, and attending to his daily needs.
