They lived in a condo where her main duties were cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and childcare, which included taking the children to playdates. She cooked Chinese and Western dishes such as wonton soup, fish, noodles, aglio olio, and fried chicken. She left because the employer moved out of Singapore.

The household consisted of 2 adults and 3 children who were 6 years old, 4 years old, and 4 months old by the time she finished her contract. She prepared Chinese and Western meals such as braised pork, curry, laksa, bak kuh teh, sweet and sour dish, fried chicken, mapo tufo and dishes they prefer. She left upon finishing her contract.

During her employment, the family relocated to Vietnam, and took her with them to continue her service. She finished the remainder of her contract in Vietnam.
