  From 2023 to 2025, Nurlailah worked as a domestic helper for a Bruneian family in Brunei Darussalam. The household consisted of 2 adults and a 2-month-old baby boy. Her primary responsibilities included caring for the infant, cleaning the house, cooking, ironing, and performing general housework. She prepared Chinese dishes and ensured the household ran smoothly. The family lived in a 2-storey landed property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nurlailah had her own room and worked from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Her contract ended upon completion.
