She has worked in SG for almost 6 years with only one employer, looking after a 93-yo Ah Ma with frailty and increased vulnerability. She looked after Ah Ma well, paying attention to her physical decline and her nutrition. She is meticulous with the house chores, did the marketing independently and cooked well for Ah Ma.
Nilar is attentive and obliging, can communicate well in simple English and understand some simple basic Chinese and Malay. She loves to cook and can cook a variety of soups for her ex Ah Ma. She is not a picky eater. She has a pleasant and cheerful personality, is hardworking, organised and reliable.
She is mindful of the expectations from the employer after her years of working, and is able to take work pressure. She is ready to be back at work in SG for the long haul.
