She looked after 2 children age 7 and 12 years old and a 74 years old elderly. Medialyn is a hardworking and independent helper. She pays attention to details and kept everything in place. My parent’s flat was never so clean before. She does grocery shopping at the wet market and supermarket nearby. She would ask what my parents like to eat and she would cook up a feast. Medialyn is an amazing cook. She prepared more than 10 dishes when my parents had a lot of visitors during Chinese New Year. Everyone enjoyed her cooking. As it is the first time that my parents are employing a helper, they feel that they do not need a full time live-in help after trying out for 3 months.  It is a difficult decision for us to make but we do need to respect my parent’s decision on this.
