  Hsu Wai Kyaw is single. She is a Buddhist and has completed her High School education. Her elder brother and parents are farmers.
  
  While her mother is busy working on the farm, she is tasked with the household chores, and also cared for her immobile 80-yo grandma, helping her with the activities of daily living. She has been looking after her for 5 years till she passed on last year.
  
  Wai Kyaw though young, is resilient and undeterred by the work challenges ahead despite having no prior experience as a domestic helper. She is keen to learn, is teachable, has a positive attitude and willing to work hard. She is patient and understanding; respect the elderly, and is also cheerful and caring towards the young.
  
  She can communicate in simple English, is also learning to speak some simple basic Chinese as she is aware that the elderly are more comfortable with the language. She is looking forward to working in SG for a long period of time to help uplift her family living conditions.
