  Mar has experience working in Oman, she cared for three children: a 12-year-old girl, a 6-year-old boy, and a 2-year-old girl. Her duties included showering, changing clothes, changing diapers, preparing meals, feeding, and watching over their safety. She also managed housework and cooking for a family of 6 members.
  
  Prior to this in Myanmar, she cared for 6-year-old twins, including showering, feeding, and watching over them. She also handled housework and cooking for a family of 4 members.
  
  Back in Myanmar, Mar also has experience caring for her 74-year-old grandmother who was semi-mobile. She provided support when walking, helped with changing clothes, prepared meals, and watched over her general needs.
  
  Apart from these, Mar also does the usual housework, laundry, and cooking. She is able to cook a variety of dishes, including some Burmese dishes, some simple Arabic dishes, and some simple Chinese dishes that she learned at the training center. She is keen and willing to learn more.

  From 2024 to 2026, Almeida worked in Singapore for a Scottish/Malay elderly couple in a 3bedroom HDB apartment. Her main duties were elderly care reminding them to take their medications, accompany them to doctor\s appointment, massaging the old lady\s leg for a 15minutes in the morning; cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, tending to their potted plants. She prepared at least 2-3 dishes for dinner like stir fry pork with onion rings, steamed fish, curry chicken, steamed chicken, teriyaki salmon, lotus root soup, stir fry French beans, fish with black bean sauce, beehon, sweet \n sour prawns and she can easily follow recipes. Almeida is completing her contract and will go back for a break
  
  From 2010 to 2014, she worked for a Kuwaiti for an elderly lady and her son living in a 2 storey house. Her main duties included cleaning, cooking, and disable care for the old lady. She prepared Middle-Eastern food and left the position upon finishing her contract.
