  Grace is a Filipino helper with experience working in Singapore and the Middle East. She has experience performing domestic duties for Chinese employers with responsibilities included childcare and cooking Chinese, Western and Middle East cuisine
  
  Jan 2026 - July 2026. For a Chinese family of two adults and one 7-year-old child in a four-storey landed property with four bedrooms. Her responsibilities included housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking, car washing, and childcare. For childcare, she assisted with his daily hygiene routine, prepared his school essentials, accompanied him to playdates, and attended to his needs. She made grocery list and planned weekly menu, with two dishes and one soup per meal. Grace cooked Chinese, Malay, and Korean cuisine and prepared daily meals for the family such as Hainanese chicken rice, nasi lemak, sweet and sour dishes, Shanghai rice cakes stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, mashed potatoes with salmon, pork congee with century egg, sweet and sour pasta, fried rice, Korean galbi beef ribs, tofu dishes, and fried luffa gourd with prawns. And also made soups, including ABC soup, lotus root soup, bak kut teh, and laksa. She cannot fit in with employer\s household and requested transfer.
  
  Sep 2017 to Nov 2019. Abu Dhabi, UAE. For the same Lebanese family, she had previously served. She rejoined the family, the children were 11 and 8 years old, in their 4-bedroom condo. Her main tasks were childcare and household management. She prepared meals according to her employer’s instructions and cooked when requested. She cooked Middle Eastern and Western dishes such as pasta bolognese, steak, oven-roasted chicken, garlic prawns with parsley and mushrooms, curry, bazela, malfouf, kousa mashi, warak enab, molokhia, Lebanese chicken rice, and tabbouleh (vegetable salad). She completed her contract successfully.
  
  Jun 2010 to Jul 2012. Abu Dhabi, UAE. For a Lebanese family in a 4-bedroom condo with two children, aged 3 and 6. She was responsible for childcare and general household management. She also assisted with meal preparation and other daily household duties. She completed her contract successfully.
