  Rhea is a 24-year-old Filipina from Pagadian, Philippines. She is a hardworking, responsible, and caring individual with experience as a domestic helper in the Philippines. At the time of her employment, she was also a working student, successfully balancing her studies with her household and childcare responsibilities. This experience helped her develop strong time-management skills, discipline, and a good sense of responsibility.
  
  Her first employer was a Filipino family of 4 members—the couple and their two children, aged 12 and 3 years old. Her main duties included general housekeeping such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and organizing the house, washing dishes, doing laundry, ironing clothes, cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the home.
  
  She was also responsible for assisting with the children\s daily needs, particularly the 3-year-old child. Her childcare duties included preparing meals and snacks, assisting with bathing and changing clothes, supervising playtime, ensuring the child\s safety, and attending to the child\s daily routines. She also assisted the 12-year-old with simple household and daily activities.
  
  Despite being a working student, Rhea was able to manage her studies while fulfilling her responsibilities at work. She is hardworking, patient, trustworthy, willing to learn, and capable of managing both childcare and household duties efficiently.
