Caputilla is an experienced FDW with a strong employment record. Mar 2019 – Feb 2023, she worked for a family of 5 members in Kuwait, where she took on multiple caregiving responsibilities. She cared for two young girls — a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old — including bathing/showering, feeding, preparing meals, changing diapers, changing clothes, bringing/fetching them from school, playing with them, and watching over their safety.

During the same employment, Caputilla also cared for an 80-year-old grandmother who was semi-mobile. Her duties included changing clothes, preparing meals, changing diapers (not daily), accompanying her outside, pushing her wheelchair, supporting her when walking, and watching over her.

Additionally, Caputilla cared for 1 large and 1 small dog, and worked in a 5-storey property managing housework, gardening, and car washing. She worked alongside another helper during her tenure.

Apart from these, Caputilla also does the usual housework, laundry, and cooking. She is able to cook some Filipino and some simple Arabic dishes, and is keen and willing to learn more dishes.

Caputilla is also able to take care of pets and is willing to learn more skills in disabled care.

Overall, Caputilla comes across as dedicated, versatile and dependable.
