She shared her duties with another helper, with responsibilities including general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking, childcare, gardening, and pet care. She assisted the children in preparing their school essentials and daily routine. She feeds the family’s three dogs, consisting of two sspins and one german shepherd. She also maintained the garden, growing vegetables and herbs such as water spinach, tomatoes, bok choy, chilies, and other herbs. Her cooking includes curry, adobo, fried rice, spring rolls, stir-fried vegetables, pancit bihon, pasta, barbecue, grilled fish, and chicken or pork stew. When the family decided to relocate to China, the employer requested that she complete the remaining months of her one-year contract before ending her employment.
