  June 2021 to Sep 2026, Jocelyn worked for a Chinese employer in an HDB in Singapore. Her main duties were cleaning, laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, accompany for doctor\s appointments as they are in their 70s but still mobile and active. Jocelyn would prepare dishes like chicken curry, stir fry vegetables, beehon, soup (carrots & potato soup, bakuteh or pork ribs soups), garlic butter prawns, chicken rice, steamed pork belly with black beans & dried mushrooms, steamed fish, braised chicken etc. The family will make other arrangements thus for their elderly parents, thus, they no longer need her services.
  
  Aug 2013 to June 2021, Jocelyn worked for a Chinese family in an HDB in Singapore. Her main duties were cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, childcare, and pet care ( 2 dogs- poodle, labrador) The household consisted of 3 children then aged 2, 11, and 15. She would prepare breakfast sandwiches, send the youngest to full day childcare (send/pick up), bathe him before bedtime, play with him, feeding; she walks the dogs twice a day, does the cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, cooking all these she does while the kdis are in school. Joceltyn would prepare at least 2 dishes for dinner like like honey-baked chicken, pork charsiew, roasted chicken with pasta bolognese or carbonara, chicken rice, tomato & eggs, salmon with teriyaki sauce, Japanese tamago, fried rice, stir fry vegetables and she would find recipes online.
