Her duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, childcare supervision, pet care and car washing. She prepared mainly Western cuisine such as pasta, fried chicken, shepherd’s pie, fresh salad, apple pie, meat loaf, bread toast, omelet and pancakes. She left the position due to a personal family emergency.
  
  Sept 2020 to Mar 2021. For a Chinese-British family with 2 adults and 3 children aged 9 months, 2, and 3 years old in a 4-bedroom condo. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, car washing, and childcare. She prepared both Chinese and Western dishes, including grilled ginger sesame, chicken salad, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, fried vermicelli noodles, roasted butterflied prawns with garlic and parsley butter, baked broccoli cheese, shepherd’s pie with baked beans, pasta, spaghetti, and chili con carne. Aside housework she was also tasked on caring for the infant and the children. She requested a transfer as she cannot fit with the employer\s household.

Her duties were cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery shopping, pet care, car washing including childcare supervision. She cooked Chinese, Western, and vegetarian dishes, including apple crisp, goat cheese and beetroot salad, creamy broccoli feta salad, broccoli cheese bake, shallot and grapefruit dressing, pasta, fried rice, noodles and other home-cooked meals. She left the position when the employer relocated out of Singapore.
  
  March 2008 to May 2016. For a British family of 2 adults in a 4-bedroom condo. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, pet care for one dog, and car washing. She prepared Chinese, Western, and vegetarian dishes such as baked broccoli, baked apple crumble, pasta, fried rice, noodles, Thai crunch salad with peanut dressing, pomegranate, onion and coriander salad, butternut squash soup, and tomato soup. She left the position when the employer moved out of Singapore.
