  Jan 2022 to Present. For a Korean family of 2 adults in a 3-bedroom, 2-storey landed house. Her employer\s wife was pregnant when she started and later gave birth, and she was responsible for newborn care while managing the household. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, gardening, and planning the family\s daily meals. She cooks Korean and Western dishes, such as side dishes like cucumber, spinach, radish, and bean sprouts, as well as kimbap, seaweed soup, miso soup, grilled Korean short ribs, Korean egg rolls, tonkatsu, Korean cold noodles, soba noodles, bulgogi, jap chae, ramyun, and tteokbokki. She is seeking a transfer as she feels she is no longer able to adapt comfortably to the household dynamics.
  
  Dec 2020 to Jan 2022. For a Chinese and Swedish family couple and their 9-year-old child in a 2-bedroom condo with one bomb shelter used as her room. Her duties included housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and childcare where she would drop off and pick up from school take to playdates and tuition and prepare his school essentials. She prepares Chinese and Western dishes, including Bolognese and other pasta dishes, sweet and sour chicken, beef stew, Korean-style short ribs, lasagna, shepherd’s pie, beejon, beef fried rice, seafood and prawn pasta and miso salmon.
  
  Dec 2016 to Dec 2020. For a Korean and Chinese couple and their child in a 4-bedroom, 2-storey condo. The child was 1 year and 6 months old when she joined the household. Her duties were childcare, including feeding, playing with the child, accompanying him to playdates, school drop-off and pick-up, and reading and teaching him through English storybooks. In addition to childcare, she managed household chores like cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking. She also cared for the family’s Golden Retriever, feeding, bathing, and taking the dog for daily walks. She planned the family’s menus and purchased the groceries, preparing Chinese, Korean, and Japanese dishes such as kimchi stew, beef short rib stew, baked whole chicken with potatoes and carrots, grilled pork, stir-fried vegetables, fried hofun and noodles, Korean side dishes, tonkatsu, Japanese curry, and beef or pork bulgogi. She left as the employer no longer required a domestic helper.
