In addition, she prepared breakfast, handled housekeeping for an HDB 3-bedroom, 2-toilet flat, and assisted Sir with cooking. Soni is able to cook a variety of Chinese and Indonesian dishes according to her employers\ preferences and family needs. She is able to prepare meals for elderly persons, softer-textured and healthier. She can follow recipes and prepare home-cooked dishes such as fried rice, stir-fried vegetables and pork, pork rib soup, rendang, curries, satay, and other Chinese and Indonesian family-style meals. She enjoys cooking and is willing to learn new recipes. As a single helper, Soni is flexible and focused on her work responsibilities. She is accustomed to caring for elderly persons with age-related conditions, stroke, and dementia, and is attentive to their safety, comfort, and daily needs.
