  Rosemarie is a Filipino helper with experience working in Singapore for Chinese, British, and German families in landed houses and condominiums. Her duties include general household management, cleaning, and cooking Chinese, Western, and other Asian dishes. She is able to follow instructions and prepare meals according to recipes.
  
  Jan 2022 to Present. For a German family of 2 adults in a 4-bedroom condo. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, maintaining the potted garden, and pet care. She takes the Maltese dog out for walks 3 times a day, bathing, and feeding it. She prepared Chinese and Asian dishes, including laksa, bak kut teh, curry, char kway teow, Hokkien mee, soups, and fish dishes. She also cooked Western meals such as pasta, lasagna, bolognese, grilled pork, sweet and sour pot roast, potato pancakes, green salad, and baked or grilled chicken. She will be available for transfer in December as her current employer will be relocating out of Singapore.
  
  May 2015 to June 2022. For a British couple in a 3-bedroom condo. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, pet care, and maintaining the potted garden of herbs and plants such as basil, oregano, thyme, and ginger. She cared for the Maltese dog, feeding, bathing, and walking it 3 times a day. She prepared Chinese dishes, such as porridge, chicken rice, fried rice as well as Western meals, including pasta, fish and chips, waffles, English breakfast, oatmeal with milk, mashed potatoes, prawn salad, and fresh green salad according to the employers’ preferences. She left the employment because the employer no longer required a domestic helper.
  
  Mar 2013 to May 2015. For a Chinese couple with 4 children, in a 5-bedroom, 2-storey landed house with another domestic helper. The childcare responsibilities were shared between the two helpers, She took care of the teenagers aged 13 and 14, while the other helper looked after the children aged 12 and 3. She prepared breakfast for the children, including milk, cereal, oatmeal, and pancakes. Additional duties were shared included cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping. She also cared for a pet bird during her employment. She can prepare Chinese and Western dishes, such as steamed fish, tofu dishes, sweet and sour dishes, bak kut teh, fried rice, char kway teow, braised pork, pasta, French fries, fried chicken, and sandwiches and soup like lotus soup, apple soup, Abc soup or chicken soup. She follows recipes to prepare other dishes as required. She completed her contract.
