She has just completed a full contract in Singapore with over 3 years of local experience, from August 2023 to September 2026, and can speak Hokkien in addition to basic English.With her Singapore employer she lived in an HDB 3-room flat with a household of 3 and was the main caregiver for an elderly grandma who cannot walk well and uses a walking stick. She helped Ah Ma with showering, put on diapers when going out, and shared a room with her, while also handling the household cooking and cleaning.Ni Lar Win Shwe is OK with dogs, OK with children and elderly, and OK to sleep with baby/children or elderly. She prefers a smaller home, is fine working alone or with another helper, and is OK with no handphone during working hours (night time only).
