  She supported our family while we were living in Singapore and also spent time with us in the United States, so she is very comfortable adapting to different households, routines, and expectations. Liezel is wonderful with children. One thing I particularly appreciated was how proactive she was about our children’s social lives. If she noticed that they connected well with another child, she would make an effort to get to know the caregiver and help arrange future playdates. I always felt confident that she understood our expectations and used good judgment when caring for our girls. She is trustworthy, respectful, and receptive to constructive feedback. She communicates well and was always willing to adjust to how we wanted things done rather than assuming there was only one way to do something. Liezel also prepared meals for our family. While cooking was not the primary focus of her role with us, she was capable in the kitchen and, importantly, was very open to learning and trying new recipes when we asked. After five years together, we know Liezel extremely well and would be happy to recommend her to another family.
