So mum worked on overdrive in their family farm to support them. Studied up to 2nd yr in college but chose not to continue to help her mum. Has been here for ~. 7 yrs w/ 5 empls: Chinese, 2 German, Brazilian & now Australian/Chinese family. After mths - they are allowing her to transfer on mutual agreement. " Arlene wishes to work 4 more yrs here then go back & probably start a bakery, as she loves cooking & baking.
