She first worked as a domestic helper in Philippines. Maricel was taking care of a young child and did housekeeping in a Filipino household in a BUngalow. She first came to Singapore in and has worked nearly 3 years with the same employer - a Chinese family, where Maricel takes care of their 2 young children, including helping kids with their studies & playing with them and does the all-around household chores. She will finish her 3+ year employment with them this year.
